CMS-485 V1.09 Software Operating Instructions

SOFTWARE INSTALLATION: To install the software, click the link below. Download and open the setupd.exe file. The installation program will start and from the installation menu choose NEXT, then NEXT again, and then FINISH. The Main Menu for the blank CMS-485 form will appear on your computer ready to use and an icon for the CMS-485 program will be added to your desktop for future use. |

MENUS: It is recommended that you review the menu items found along the top of the main menu page; File, Edit, Field, MENU, and Template. |

SAVING CLAIMS: To save a plan, go to the File menu item and click File and Choose Save As to Change and verify the file name. Choose Save to save with the existing name. |

PRINTING: SmartForms CMS-485 V1.09 will print plans on on plain paper, generating the form and content. To print a plan, Choose the File menu item, Print Menu and choose Print entire document or Print each page separately.The Plan can also be printed using the printer icon in the menu bar. This will produce a print preview with a Printer icon and Close button . |
